Our Company - History & Vision
Royal Castle is a fast-food restaurant chain in Trinidad and Tobago and was founded in 1968. Royal Castle has also been instrumental in pioneering the franchise revolution in the quick- service restaurant industry. The first Royal Castle franchise - operated restaurant was opened in 1987.
Royal Castle's success over the past 50 years is the fruit of creative vision, foresight, dedicated leadership and hard work.

We are eyeing more international goals, hoping to grow our chain’s presence overseas, and even more ambitiously, to provide retail food & beverage products to international wholesale markets.
The latter is no small feat, requiring RCL to transfer ownership of the Royal Castle intellectual property and separate into two entities to expand the companies reach abroad through Royal Castle Restaurant Incorporated which will be wholly owned by B. Irie Sauces Inc. with the goal of opening a flagship restaurant and franchises in the US beginning 2024 (Arizona, Nevada, Georgia...)
